Is this you?

You are managing. From the outside it looks fine. Holding it together takes most of what you have.

Something happened, and you have been carrying it on your own since.

The same argument, the same week, the same feeling, on repeat.

You have tried therapy before. You want to try again, differently.

None of these need to be a crisis to be worth talking about.

Who you would be talking to

I work with adults, one at a time, by video.

I'm [THERAPIST NAME], a [REGISTRATION TITLE] based in [CITY], seeing clients online across Ontario.

Sessions run [SESSION LENGTH]. We work at the pace you set. I ask questions, I say what I notice, and I tell you plainly when I think something matters.

More about me

How starting works

Three steps, no pressure at any of them.

  1. A free 15-minute call

We talk briefly about what is bringing you here and whether I am the right person for it. No cost, no obligation, no notes taken.

  2. A first session

[SESSION LENGTH] by video. Mostly you talking, me listening and asking. By the end we agree on what we are working on, or I refer you to someone better suited.

  3. Ongoing work

Most people start weekly and adjust from there. We check in on how it is going as we go. You can pause or stop whenever you want.
